SRAM Avid Code Disc Brake Pads

The SRAM Code Organic Disc Brake Pads are replacement brake pads designed for use with the SRAM Code hydraulic disc brake system. These pads are made of organic or metallic compound material that offers good braking performance, particularly in dry conditions.

Organic brake pads are typically quieter than metallic brake pads and generate less heat, which can be beneficial in certain conditions. However, they may wear more quickly than metallic pads and may not perform as well in wet or muddy conditions.

The SRAM/Avid Code Disc Brake Pads come with a steel backing plate that provides additional support and durability. The pads also feature a heat shield that helps dissipate heat and prevent brake fade.

These pads are compatible with: SRAM Code (A2), Code R (A2), Code R (B1), Code RSC (A1), and Guide RE (A1). Each pad kit includes two pads, a pad spreader spring, pad pin and clip.
