We here at Contender Bicycles will always be here for your cycling-related needs. Want the red-hot new Pinarello Dogma F12? We have that. Looking for a tube for your rare 16″ Schwinn Stingray? Light work. And our service department? We can and will work on just about anything you need, professionally and with aplomb. But what if you want to learn how to work on your bike yourself? Well, we have your covered too.
Join us for our set of bicycle maintenance classes! Jim from our service department will lead classes at our Salt Lake shop that teach you how to not only work on your bike but diagnose future problems before they might arise. Each is an individual class with the first two weeks have the same class taught twice. No need to sign up for all; you can pick and choose! Think of it as bicycle maintenance, according to Jim.

Who is Jim? The better question to ask is who isn’t Jim? Not only is he a jack-of-all-trades in our service department, but he is also the capable, knowledgeable instructor of our bicycle maintenance course this year. He, alongside members of our skilled service department, will guide you through the ins and outs of your bicycle.
Participants must be 18 years old or more unless a parent is also taking the class. Cancellation of a course reservation must be done 48 hours in advance to receive a refund. Contact us during business hours, or send us an email any time to firstname.lastname@example.org.
