When winter hits, it really hits hard – especially for those who are homeless or in transition. We all know how much colder winter days can seem without gloves. For thousands of children, a pair of gloves to protect their hands is a luxury they cannot afford. In the spirit of giving this holiday season, we’re looking to help out those in need with our “Buy a Glove, Give a Glove” donation run.
Now through Saturday, December 15th, buy a pair of gloves, a pair of socks, or a beanie, and we’ll donate a new pair of children’s gloves, socks, or a beanie to Candy Cane Corner. For the unfamiliar, Candy Cane Corner is a holiday store where families in need can visit, and select gifts for their children and themselves. More than anything, this is a great way to help make the season bright for the families by providing them with a meaningful and empowering holiday shopping experience.
Buy a pair of gloves, socks, or a beanie, and we’ll donate a warm pair of gloves, socks, or a beanie to prevent cold hands, feet, and heads. Don’t need gloves but want to contribute? Bring by your holiday-ready children’s clothing and we’ll ensure it goes to the right hands.
