The Giro Code Techlace Shoes will stand up to rugged conditions while riding your favorite trails while offering great power transfer. The durable design provides a comfortable feel across the forefoot thanks to the Giro’s Techlace fit system. Rather than hard D-rings and other hardware resting on your forefoot, laces are used to feel more supple while securing your foot into the shoe. Once you wear out your laces on your Giro Code Techlace Shoes, or if they are damaged in a crash, they can be easily replaced.
The upper portion of the shoe uses the Boa L6 to help dial in your fit. The Boa offers fast adjustments while riding thanks to 1mm increment adjustments by simply turning the dial forward. Giro incorporated their proprietary Evofiber material on the upper portion of the shoe to help maintain a comfortable yet durable fit. To help maintain stiffness while putting the power into the pedals the Giro Code Techlace Shoes feature an Easton EC70 carbon-composite outsole. The carbon outsold is topped with Vibram rubber to help provide grip and traction while off your bike on dirt, rock and pavement. Lastly, these shoes include Giro’s SuperNatural Fit Kit insoles that provide adjustable arch support for different types of feet.
The Giro Code Techlace Shoes weigh in at 345 grams (size 42.5) and are offered in two colors, and are offered in sizes 39-48. Please refer to the attached size chart to help determine the best fit for you.
