Cycling shoes are on of the most important pieces when you are out riding. You will want a shoe that you can count on to be lightweight, comfortable and durable. Giro has come out with the new Factor Techlace which puts a check in all of those boxes. The Giro Factor Techlace only weighs 210g, following closely behind the Empire SLX, but the Factor Techlace has an easy to adjust boa system matched with their new Techlace system, which replaces D-rings and other traditional laces hardware.
Using the Techlace system allows you to still adjust your shoe on the go and also gives you a softer feel on the forefront of your foot. The laces are specifically designed for the shoe and are easily replaceable if damaged. The Boa IP1 system allows you to tighten or loosen your shoe in 1mm increments allowing you to have the ultimate comfort.
Easton EC90 SLX2 is used as the sole which is some of the thinnest, lightest and most durable carbon fiber to use in road cycling.
The Factor Techlace comes in two colors: Black and White/Black, and in sizes 42-50.
