Product Description

With the most advanced suspension system ever made for a cross country mountain bike, the 2021 Cannondale Scalpel Carbon LTD sacrifices neither performance nor weight. The patented FlexPivot suspension delivers both with unreal grip. The acceleration and control let you go anywhere - at your absolute best - with confidence your bike will reward your effort.

More speed almost always results in more fun on the bike. The Cannondale Scalpel Carbon LTD uses a progressive geometry to up the speed and the fun. Adding a full degree and a half to the head tube angle and a degree to the seat tube angle gives you a bike frame that is fun, fast and stable. Perfectly capable of racing at a state championship or just enjoying a leasure loop through the neighborhood trails.

A Shimano X01 drivetrain is fast, responsive and reliable. The Cannondale Lefty Ocho fork is as dependable and lightweight as it is unique. A Fox Float DSP Performance shock resides in the back. The Cannondale Scalpel Carbon LTD comes with remote lockout for both.

Connection to the trail is nothing short of perfect with a pair of HollowGrab 25 carbon rims and a set of Schwalbe racing tires. Attack the trail with gusto and confidence knowing your ride has the best footing on the mountain.

The all new BallisTec frame weighs less than 2000 grams and comes with the Stash system - an integrated multi-tool and CO2 cartridge case built into the frame under the bottle cage mount.

If you’re ready to line up on weekends for the big cross country race or just hammer the hillside after work, the 2021 Cannondale Scalpel Carbon LTD is just the bike for you. Visit the shop, give us a call, or send us an email anytime to
