The Orbea Gain M20i is built around the Mahle X20 electronic drive system. This motor is driven through the rear hub, and unlike its predecessor utilizes a standard 12mm thru-axle to make tire changing easy and convenient. This change in motor allows the bike to be slightly lighter too, making it an extremely lightweight Ebike.

The Shimano Ultegra drivetrain is one of the most advanced shift systems on the market. Shimano wanted to build something electric that would last, and they certainly did. The Ultegra Di2 is reliable and never drops quality, even after a long season on the bike.
