Giddy-up, cowpoke! It’s time to hit the wide open expanses of the seldom trodden gravel roads with a trusty 2022 Orbea Terra H30 Team 1X. Meander along with Orbea’s revitalized stallion of a gravel bike. The 2022 Terra was crafted with a geometry to be speedy on road while exceeding comfort expectations once the tarmac fades away. With 1x drivetrain simplicity and Orbea's monocoque carbon fiber frame, you’re set for success from the moment you hop on.

The 2022 Orbea Terra M30 Team comes with Vittoria Terreno Dry CX-Gravel 700 x 38 tires so you can ride quickly while still having enough tire to handle gravel roads. You’ll also have the ability to run 700c x 45mm or 650b x 50mm tires at maximum. Additionally, the Terra has the ability to run up to a compact 2x road crank if you desire a greater range in gearing. As a bonus, the 2022 Orbea Terra can sport 30mm tires and play the part of an endurance oriented road bicycle. Long story short, there are plenty of wheel/tire combinations to suit the nuances of your gravel ecosystems

To provide more room for growth and experimentation, Orbea outfits the Terra with a standard 27.2mm seatpost which sports routing ability for a dropper post. Sometimes you have to get down to get down.

Featuring a top tube bottle bag mount, three bottle mounts, and two more mounts on the fork blades - the Terra is aptly named. It’s truly a bike built to experience as much land as possible. Fender mounts are thrown in as a bonus for those less than ideal muck-covered days.

Here's one of our favorite parts of the new Terra: a downtube storage area they call the downtube LOCKR. Basically, underneath the downtube water bottle mount is a trap door that opens to two sealed bags. They say this gives you space for a tube, tools, CO2 cartridges, or other necessities. We imagine this would be a great place for a windbreaker on those variable-weather rides. Either way, it keeps extra gear down low on the bike and less susceptible to the elements.

The Orbea Terra M30 Team 1X uses a specially designed carbon frame to create an ultra comfortable bicycle. There’s no simple widening of the fork and seat stays and slapping a “gravel bike” label on Orbea’s Terra line of bikes. The more upright and relaxed riding position may not be as aggressive and ‘racey’ as some bikes, but the objective with the Orbea Terra M30 is more about exploring the world than it is about crushing it.
