Panaracer GravelKing Slick Tire
Gravel bikes are huge in the US, and for good reason. As more cyclists realize the value of a bike that can ride both on tarmac and off the beaten path, a growing list of tires have come out to achieve double duty. One of the first, and still one of the best tires, is the Panaracer GravelKing Slick tire. It's ability to roll quickly, fit in most any road bike, and offer strong puncture resistance makes the GravelKing Slick an excellent tire both on and off the beaten path.
Panaracer uses their ZSG Natural Compound for the GravelKing Slick, which balances low rolling resistance with tire wear. It’s herringbone tread is grippier over dirt than a slick tire, and it's Anti-Flat casing is strong enough to take the abuse of dirt and gravel. If you plan on pointing your road bike toward some dirt, the GravelKing Slick is a worthy companion.
The Panaracer GravelKing Slick Tire is available in 700c and 650b (27.5”), in black sidewall and brown sidewall, and in clincher and tubeless-ready configurations. The Panaracer GravelKing Slick clincher tire is available in 700c size, in 23 mm to 32 mm widths, while the Panaracer GravelKing Slick Tubeless Ready tire is available in both 700c x 38 mm size, 650b x 42 mm size, and 650b x 48 mm widths, in both black and brown sidewalls.
