Return Policy

We at Contender Bicycles value your satisfaction. In case you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we’ve outlined the following guidelines to help make your return a smooth and seamless experience

Return Period:

You can return your purchase for up to 30 days from the date of purchase. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, with all original materials included with the shipment.

Return Shipping:

The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. If you file a return via your account page we will provide you a return label and the cost will be deducted from you refund

Restocking Fee:

In general, we do not charge a restocking fee for returns. However, certain items, such as complete bikes or custom bikes, may be subject to a restocking fee. The amount of this fee will vary depending on the item and will be communicated to you at the time of the return request.

Final Sale Items:

All sales are final for certain items, including discounted or closeout apparel, equipment and accessories. These items cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Initiate a Return:

To initiate a return, please go to your account page if you need assistance contact our customer service team at info@contenderbicycles or call us at 801-364-0344 Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the necessary information and instructions to proceed with the return.

Please note that the refund will be processed to the original payment method used, and may take up to 14 business days to reflect on your statement, depending on your payment provider.
