Product Details
The Cervélo P5 Dura-Ace Di2 is engineered to offer exceptional performance in time trials and triathlons, designed for athletes who demand speed, precision, and versatility. With a legacy of excellence in elite racing, the P5 has proven its worth in some of the world’s toughest competitions, from the relentless conditions of the Big Island to the high-stakes time trials at the Tour de France. It played a pivotal role in Team Jumbo-Visma’s triumphs at the 2023 Giro d’Italia and Tour de France.
The redesigned P5 frame takes aerodynamics to the next level, saving around one watt compared to its predecessor. With a 34mm tire clearance, it accommodates wider wheels like the Reserve 77/88 wheelset and Vittoria’s 29mm tires, achieving a system-wide watt savings of approximately 5 watts. The basebar has been lowered to minimize drag, and the stack adjustability has increased, offering up to 40mm of customization for a more personalized fit. The updated one-piece front end streamlines assembly and adjustments, while the extensions now offer tilt adjustability between 0 and 30 degrees in 5mm increments for a precise, tailored setup.
Comfort and control are top priorities in the P5. The new armrests and pads are wider, taller, and thicker, increasing surface area for enhanced grip and stability, ensuring better control when in the most aerodynamic position. The innovative fastback seat stay design reduces vertical stiffness by 22%, offering a smoother ride while preserving the lateral stiffness necessary for efficient power transfer, helping athletes conserve energy during long, demanding races.
Equipped with a 4iiii power meter integrated into the crankset, the P5 Dura-Ace Di2 offers highly accurate power measurement, with an accuracy of +/- 1.5, even under changing conditions. This integration improves stiffness, reduces weight, and ensures precision in performance tracking, making the Cervélo P5 Dura-Ace Di2 the ultimate choice for athletes looking to maximize their performance.
