The Orbea Occam perfectly encapsulates the essence of trail mountain biking. Placing the shock on the left side of the frame allows for the right-side support to become centralized. This efficiently redirects forces acting on the front triangle and enables higher stiffness in stressed areas without adding weight. 

In order to further increase weight savings, Orbea blends high modulus and high strength carbon fibers in a standard layup to improve the stiffness-to-weight ratios of critical frame areas. Orbea’s Monocoque Race carbon frames assure uniformness in the frame, especially in key areas, such as the bottom bracket, where unconformities tend to occur.

The Occam M-LTD comes with fully internal cable routing and Orbea uses silicon plugs at the frame entry and exit positions alongside clever conduits that link the front and rear triangle so your cables are fully protected.
