It's the evolution of SCOTT's most successful cross-country racing platform, refined and ready for everything the trail demands.
At the core sits the HMF carbon frame, placing it among the lightest 120mm XC race bikes available. However, SCOTT didn't chase weight at the expense of capability. Instead, the frame leverages decades of carbon expertise to balance stiffness, controlled flex, and durability. Strategic material placement reinforces the bottom bracket for explosive power transfer while keeping mass low and centralized, improving stability and cornering precision. The result is an intelligently light chassis where every gram removed serves a specific performance purpose.
The ride dynamics are where the Spark RC truly excels. SCOTT engineered the frame as a complete system where lateral, vertical, and torsional flex work together seamlessly to suppress tire chatter and restore traction on technical terrain. The proprietary flex-pivot kinematic system ensures predictable bottom-out behavior while maximizing small-bump sensitivity, delivering a planted, responsive feel that builds rider confidence at speed.
