Rolling Watchlist: Unibet Rose Rockets
We first stumbled across the Unibet Rose Rockets YouTube channel (formerly Tour de Tietema) last year through their end-of–Tour de France episode shown above. In it, they show up just after a brutally difficult finale to deliver an entire pizza to each rider. We’re not entirely sure why it made us laugh, but it did, and it was genuinely nice to see the riders loosen up and enjoy the moment.
For 2026, the team has stepped things up, signing bigger-name riders and bringing on Marcel Kittel as their sprint coach. The Rockets are a team born from social media, with ambitions of gaining entry into a Grand Tour. Their YouTube videos document what it’s like to arrive among larger teams and more prestigious events, offering a behind-the-scenes look at that progression.
What is Rolling Watchlist
Not everything worth watching fits neatly into a product launch, race recap, or technical deep dive. Rolling Watchlist is a weekly Friday journal where we share cycling-related videos we’ve been enjoying lately—anything from race highlights and team documentaries to short films, behind-the-scenes features, or just something that caught our attention.
It’s meant to be easy viewing: something to throw on during a bit of downtime, while on the trainer, or between rides. The common thread isn’t a specific discipline or format, but content that captures the broader world of cycling beyond specs, sales pitches, and headline results.
