The Cannondale Scalpel Carbon 4 is built for riders who crave both speed and technical capability. Designed on a superlight carbon frame with 120mm of FlexPivot suspension, it blends race-winning efficiency with trail-ready stability. The geometry combines a slack 66.6° head tube for confident descending with a steep 75.5° seat tube for climbing power, while size-specific chainstays keep every rider centered and balanced. Whether chasing podiums or pushing the limits on rough trails, the Scalpel 4 delivers traction, control, and precision in every corner.
Outfitted with a Shimano Deore/XT 12-speed drivetrain, RockShox SID 120mm fork and SIDLuxe Select+ rear shock, and Shimano MT501 hydraulic disc brakes, it’s ready for aggressive riding at any pace. Stan’s NoTubes Crest S2 tubeless-ready rims are wrapped in Maxxis Rekon Race and Aspen WT 2.4” tires for a fast, grippy wheel setup, while the DownLow dropper seatpost keeps you in control on technical descents.
