Parlee Taos Tier One
Product Details
The Parlee Taos Tier One is built for long-haul versatility and spirited adventure wherever your pedals take you. This gravel platform leaves nothing to chance, combining Parlee's thoughtful engineering with premium components that deliver crisp performance across every surface imaginable. From smooth segues into open gravel roads to forest service tracks, canyon descents, and back onto tarmac, the Taos adapts seamlessly to everything the adventure demands.
At the foundation is Parlee's one-piece UD carbon monocoque frame, finished in striking Nude Carbon Wax with Blue accents. This construction approach eliminates unnecessary joints while delivering exceptional stiffness and responsiveness. The geometry has been meticulously tuned for performance versatility—a long reach and low bottom bracket combine with a slack head tube angle of approximately 68.75 to 69.75 degrees to create a ride that feels steady at speed and confident when pointing downhill, yet responsive through tighter corners. A 430mm chainstay length strikes the sublime balance between stability and agility, while 50mm tire clearance provides complete freedom in tire choice for any surface. Suspension-corrected geometry with an adjustable fork rake via flip-chip allows you to fine-tune the platform for either rigid or forked setups.
The SRAM Red XPLR AXS drivetrain delivers crisp, wireless precision with real-time power data through its integrated power meter. A 42T chainring paired with a 10-46T cassette provides perfect range across varied terrain—low enough for technical climbing, tall enough for rolling speed. ZIPP 303 XPLR SW wheels paired with Goodyear XPLR Inter tires deliver a smooth, fast ride while staying remarkably light and ready for any terrain. The carbon bar and integrated cockpit system keep the front end clean and aerodynamic while maintaining practical adjustability.
