Few things feel better than starting the ski season on refreshed bases and a stone grind, and few know the ins and outs of waxing skis like Tim Metos. We will again be a ski dropoff and pickup point for Tim who undoubtedly is the expert in nordic ski tuning. Drop off your skis at either our Park City or Salt Lake City locations, and pick them up there when they're ready. How easy is that? His expertise ensures the high-quality tuneup your skis need for a long skiing season.

IMPORTANT

Skis dropped off by Monday will be serviced that week, or the upcoming week in the case of a Park City Saturday drop off. If you miss the Monday drop-off, your skis will not be completed until the next batch runs. There is a narrow time window on Tuesday mornings where you can drive your skis directly to Tim's workshop but you will need to make arrangements with Tim before showing up.

For the latest updates on weekly schedules visit their Facebook page.

Tim will drop off all skis at Contender Bicycles Salt Lake City. Park City-bound skis will arrive in the Park City store the next morning. Tim will bill you directly via email using PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to render payment, but you will need to provide a legible email address when you fill out your work ticket. You will receive a text message that informs you when skis are returned to Contender and also alerts you to expect a billing email.

It's grind time, prime time baby! Text Tim at (801) 533-8671, send us an email at info@contenderbicycles.com, or stop by our shops with any questions.
