This Custom OPEN ONE+ Is the Cream of the Crop

"Not a problem." Two weeks later we picked up the frame from our local painter. Needless to say, we were stunned by the results. And while most of our custom-painted bicycles have concepts mostly decided on by customers, this bike is a full expression of what a custom-painted bike can be. That it's on an OPEN ONE+ mountain bike makes it much sweeter. As said above, the only requirement for this OPEN was to color match the RockShox SID fork. It's unique bright red stanchions set the trail afire, but it's the detailing that really sets this bike apart from a majority of other paint schemes. The pearlescent blue changes color slightly depending on the lighting, but that bright red is just as visible in the heat of a long backcountry MTB ride as it is on a dark Winter day. Elsewhere you'll see the cream of the crop. This ONE+ features the ultralight one-piece Syncros Silverton SL wheels, which weigh in at a wispy 1250g, as well as the similarly-light Syncros Fraser iC SL one-piece carbon handlebar. Elsewhere is the SRAM XX1 Eagle AXS drivetrain with oil slick cassette and chain, and Shimano XT Trail pedals. If a bike part can't be light, make sure to put that weight where it counts. The OPEN ONE+ hardtail is a versatile XC mountain bike platform that just so happens to be one of the lightest frames around. Build it up as as a plus-tire crusher or as an ultralight racer like this one here, and the ONE+ will do it with ease.
