The Mondraker Arid Carbon S AXS combines a Stealth Air Carbon frame with SRAM S1000 Eagle AXS T-Type 12-speed shifting. Its appeal extends beyond the drivetrain. The chassis is designed to feel responsive under power while taking the edge off rough surfaces, and its integrated storage and mounting options support the longer, less predictable rides that make gravel so rewarding.
The frame's Stealth Air Carbon layup is tailored for a firm pedaling platform without an unnecessarily harsh ride. Stiffness around the head tube and bottom bracket works alongside a more compliant rear triangle, helping the bike maintain its rhythm on broken surfaces. Forward Geometry guides the handling, while a T47 bottom bracket, UDH interface and 12x142mm rear axle define the build standards. HHG internal routing keeps cables neatly integrated into the frame.
A rigid Stealth Air Carbon fork complements the frame, with a tapered steerer, HHG routing and an integrated flat-mount brake interface. Clearance for tires up to 50mm wide gives riders room to favor faster rolling or greater rough-surface comfort. The rigid layout keeps the connection to the ground direct, with the carbon construction and tire setup shaping the ride feel.
The SRAM S1000 Eagle AXS T-Type drivetrain supplies 12-speed shifting. Mavic Allroad Disc wheels use hookless rims with a 25mm internal width and 28 spokes. The Infinity rear hub has ID360 ratchet engagement, Centerlock rotor mounting and an HG freehub. Together, the wheels and drivetrain complement a chassis designed to handle a broad mix of unpaved routes.
Longer days benefit from the Carry-On storage system, which places three organized pouches inside the downtube behind a watertight, dustproof cover. Tools and small essentials can stay with the bike instead of filling pockets. Mounts on the frame and fork support flexible bottle and accessory arrangements, including positions beneath the downtube and on the top tube. The five-size range includes S, M, M/L, L and XL, with an intermediate option for riders between medium and large.
