Developed through three years of intensive engineering focused on a critical balance in modern XC racing—increasing stiffness without compromising weight—the new Oiz achieves this through advanced Finite Element Analysis and refined manufacturing processes. Targeted stiffness is built into key areas of the frame, with an optimized bottom bracket that's lighter without sacrificing strength, a new forged aluminum linkage with 30% weight reduction, and a Powerspine running along the lower frame section that optimizes power transfer during explosive efforts like sprints. The result is a frame weighing just 1700g (size M with shock), making it one of the lightest in the XC category while delivering the stiffness, precision and ride feel demanded by top-level racing.

The race-tuned suspension maintains the proven 120mm platform front and rear, with regressive kinematics that prioritize efficiency while delivering progressive support at the end of travel. Subtle geometry refinements include a reduced 430mm chainstay for enhanced responsiveness, steeper seat tube for improved power transfer on climbs, and a slackened 66.8° head angle for extra stability at speed. The integrated cockpit combines stem and handlebar into one lightweight piece, while the MP11 dropper post offers 100mm of travel with full saddle control. Patented I-Line technology runs through the top tube to the rear shock, eliminating cable bends and improving durability, while the Squidlock system combines dropper and suspension control into just two levers.
