The optimized fork integrates seamlessly with the downtube regardless of tire width or wind yaw angle. The wider downtube profile manages airflow more efficiently and works in conjunction with new flush bottle cages to further enhance system efficiency. The slimmer seat tube reduces drag while maintaining structural efficiency, while thinner seatstays with a lower attachment point optimize stiffness-to-weight ratio while providing vertical compliance. The bottom bracket keel structure significantly enhances aerodynamic performance through this critical transition area. Combined, these refinements deliver 5.1 watts of drag reduction at 50 km/h, consistent across all speeds and wind angles.

But aerodynamics alone isn't enough. The Orca Aero's total system approach extends to rider positioning. The 78mm bottom bracket drop, the lowest on the market, positions the rider lower for improved stability and control at high speeds, while directly reducing frontal area exposed to wind. Extensive cockpit options including 13 handlebar sizes and up to 40mm of spacers allow riders to find their ideal aerodynamic position. Two seatpost offset options and a reversible clamp provide further customization. The result: approximately 14 watts saved while riding at 50 km/h on flat terrain through a more stable, aerodynamic rider position.

The OMX carbon monocoque frame delivers lateral stiffness for direct power transfer during accelerations and sprints. Size-specific fork tuning ensures consistent handling across the entire size range. Generous tire clearance accommodates up to 37mm tires while saving 6-7 watts on rough surfaces. Di2 integration and the universal UDH derailleur hanger ensure modern compatibility.
