Product Details
The SCOTT Spark DC 30 is engineered for riders who refuse to choose between speed and capability. This short-travel platform bridges the gap between cross-country efficiency and downhill confidence, equally at home on local singletrack as it is on backcountry adventures. Whether you're knocking out lunch laps or tackling a full weekend mission, the Spark DC delivers a rewarding balance of performance and versatility.
Every aspect of the design prioritizes stability and responsiveness. The lightweight HMF carbon frame is tuned to excel on climbs with cross-country efficiency while delivering lively, spirited performance on descents. A low center of mass keeps the bike controlled and planted through flow trails and jump lines, while the 140mm front and 135mm rear travel provides the range to handle technical terrain and rougher features with confidence and ease. The adjustable head angle gives riders the ability to dial in geometry that matches their trail style and preferences, making the Spark DC adaptable to different riding conditions and personal preferences.
Suspension performance comes from a carefully tuned RockShox Pike Select fork and Deluxe Traction Control shock, both engineered to keep your wheels planted and your options open for whatever the trail presents. The custom tune maximizes traction and control, delivering predictable support through demanding terrain while remaining responsive to rider input.
The complete component package reflects careful consideration for performance and practicality. SRAM's S1000 Eagle AXS Transmission drivetrain delivers smooth, reliable shifting across every condition, while the UDH interface ensures broad drivetrain compatibility. Integrated frame storage and dedicated frame mounts make it straightforward to load up for bikepacking, keeping essentials close on longer rides. The design also emphasizes improved serviceability and tunability, so you spend less time in the workshop and more time focused on the trail ahead.
