Giro Scamp Mips II Helmet

The Giro Scamp Mips® II Helmet is a youth-focused cycling helmet designed to provide advanced protection, lightweight comfort, and easy adjustability for young riders learning to ride or riding in trailers and on early adventures. It combines kid-specific sizing with technology inspired by Giro’s adult performance helmets.

Built using an in-mold construction, the Scamp Mips II fuses a durable polycarbonate outer shell to an EPS foam liner, creating a lightweight structure that still provides strong impact protection. Integrated Mips® Evolve Core technology is designed to help reduce rotational forces in certain angled impacts, bringing modern safety systems to younger riders.

Ventilation is supported by 13 airflow channels, helping keep kids cool during active use. The helmet also features a simple and durable Roc Loc® Junior fit system, which uses an easy-to-adjust dial designed specifically for children’s head shapes, allowing a secure and comfortable fit that can grow with the rider.
